TEMPORARY DELIVERY POLICY

Please bear with us during this time.  We will do our utmost to have your order delivered to your address within 5 working days from receipt of order.

If the delivery takes longer than 7 days, please contact MaltaPost on localcourier@maltapost.com together with your tracking number provided in the email sent to you and they will organize another delivery.  MaltaPost usually reply in minutes.    

We deliver to all areas in Malta & Gozo.

Kindly be advised that items purchased online may be exchanged at our stores found in Malta and Gozo.

No exchange of cash accepted.

For your safety and the safety of our delivery team the delivery will be to the ground floor of the premises. If you reside in an upper floor, the delivery person will ring your bell to notify of his/her arrival. Should there be no reply, a delivery note will be left to advise you to pick up the goods at a specified MaltaPost retail outlet.
