Our goal is to deliver the goods within 5 days. However, this may not always be possible when orders are placed just prior to the weekend or due to public holidays.
When deliveries take longer than 7 days, you should contact Maltapost via email for an update on the delivery situation using the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org Alternatively, one can enter the tracking number sent to you in the order email. Tracking number should be inserted in the Maltapost website: https://www.maltapost.com/tracking#/tracking
Deliveries can be made to all areas in Malta & Gozo but not overseas.
All goods purchased online may be exchanged at our stores found in Malta and Gozo, but may not be exchanged for cash refunds.
Maltapost will deliver the goods to the ground floor of the premises. If you reside in an upper floor, the delivery person will ring your bell to notify of his/her arrival. Should there be no reply, a delivery note will be left to advise you to pick up the goods at a specified MaltaPost retail outlet.
